Subject Scope
What aspects of the athlete are covered by this license.
- Name: Legal/professional name
- Image: Photos, still graphics
- Likeness: Video, on-camera presence
- Signature Marks: Personal logo, tagline, brandmark
- Synthetic Likeness: AI/3D avatar, animation, voice clone
- Performance Data: Stats, metrics, tracking data, biometric-derived features
Use Type
High-level purpose of the license.
- Editorial: News, documentary, non-branded storytelling
- Educational: Teaching, research, non-commercial learning
- Brand Marketing: Organic posts, brand storytelling, not paid media
- Paid Advertising: Paid social, display, broadcast, OOH, etc.
- Product Association: Packaging, in-store displays, product labels
- UGC Campaign: User-generated promotion with athlete involvement
- Internal Only: Internal decks, training, non-public use
Commercial Scope
Whether money is being made from the use.
- Non-Commercial: No direct monetization; news/education only
- Limited Commercial: Specific campaign or narrow channel set

Exclusivity

Data & Biometric Use
Performance and biometric data usage rights.
- None: No data use
- Aggregated/Anonymous: Aggregated, non-identifiable stats for storytelling or dashboards
- Identified Analytics Only: Data linked to the athlete’s name for analytics and fan engagement; not sold or shared with betting or data brokers
- Marketing Allowed: Identified stats/data can be used directly in marketing creative
